Nicoletta Pellegrinetti is a young and motivated chef who will try to captivate you with her culinary creations, in which she manages to combine and bring together the flavours of regional Ligurian cuisine in a delicate harmony.
In 2000, at the Il Pernambucco restaurant, she began her career as a passionate chef under the expert guidance of Maddalena Croce, a renowned Sicilian-born chef.
Today in the kitchen, Nicoletta Pellegrinetti, together with Ivana, places great emphasis on using fresh produce using local, genuine, controlled and guaranteed raw materials.
